Due to the nature of spiritual and pooja products, the following items are not eligible for refund or return:

• Used, worn, energized, or opened pooja items

• Customized or specially prepared products

• Minor variations in color, size, or texture of natural items such as malas, beads, rudraksha, shaligram, etc.

• Orders cancelled after dispatch

3. Refund Process

• Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging are required.

• After verification, Pooja Kart will approve the refund or replacement.

4. Refund Mode & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval.

• Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.

5. Replacement Policy

• In eligible cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

• Replacement will be dispatched after verification of the issue.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from Pooja Kart.

• Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Final Decision

• Pooja Kart reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests.

• Fraudulent or repeated refund claims may be rejected.
